Scott Willoughby has more than 35 years experience in the valuation industry and is regarded as one of Sydney’s leading prestige residential valuers. Over the past 20 years Scott has specialised in the valuation of Prestige Residential Properties including prestige apartments and residences as well as development sites for luxury apartments. In addition to this he has been appointed by accountancy firms and receivers providing strategic advice for asset recovery purposes across Australia.

Scott is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and commenced his previous roles included establishing and managing the South Sydney valuation office for Colliers where he subsequently became a Director and was later a Director at the Brisbane and North Sydney offices.

Before founding Knoxbridge Scott was Regional Director of DTZ Australia, during which time he restructured the Sydney and Melbourne valuation teams, assisted in corporate recovery work and established offices on the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

For many years, Scott has concentrated on the valuation of Sydney’s finest homes and residential development sites.

Scott is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and is a Certified Practising Valuer.
